Climate Ready Energy Grants to make your home more efficient

Do you own a home in Oak Park (condo, 2-4 multi-family units, or single-family )? Want to make your home more energy efficient and lower your bills? Apply for a Climate Ready Energy Grant from the Village of Oak Park. 

  • Every homeowner can qualify for a $1,000 grant. 

  • A household of four making less than $143,880 per year can qualify for a $5,000 grant. 

  • A household of four making less than $95,900 per year can qualify for a $10,000 grant. 

These grants cover 8 projects: energy audits, lighting, windows/doors, insulation, water heaters, heat pumps, electrical panels, and solar or other renewable energy.
